2. What ProteinLedger is
ProteinLedger is a tool for tracking and comparing protein-per-dollar across food items. Nutrition and price data is extracted using AI and may not always be accurate. Do not use ProteinLedger as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs it
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service
5. Free and paid plans
ProteinLedger offers a free plan with limited features, and one or more paid plans with additional features. Paid plans may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Pricing and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing and plan structures with reasonable notice.
6. Refunds
All purchases are final. If a technical issue prevents access to paid features, contact us at proteinledger@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
7. Accuracy of data
Nutrition and price data extracted by ProteinLedger is generated by AI and may contain errors. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of extracted data. Always verify nutrition information against official sources.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service itself. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
9. Disclaimers
ProteinLedger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProteinLedger and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.
